
Parks & Recreation is excited to introduce Yogi 4 Kids!
This class blends movement, breath, and play to help children build strength, balance, and body awareness. It creates a fun, lowpressure space where they can explore mindfulness, reduce stress, and express themselves creatively. We will weave in storytelling and games, making the practice both engaging and developmentally supportive!
